Ika V served as the 21st Dein of Agbor, the paramount traditional ruler of the Agbor Kingdom in present-day Delta State, Nigeria, from 1968 until his death in 1969. The Dein presides over the Ika (Anioma) people, an Igbo-speaking subgroup, and the throne has a lineage stretching back centuries. His short reign fell during the Nigerian Civil War (1967–1970), a period of instability that deeply affected the region and the institution of the monarchy. Few records survive regarding his personal life or specific acts as monarch.
